This is the wonderful Georg Jensen Denmark Sterling Silver Kneeling Deer Brooch. The brooch is fully hallmarked with the Georg Jensen oval dotted punch, 925 Sterling Denmark and design number 256. The classic brooch with open work design and the wonderful kneeling deer with flowers was designed by Arno Malinowski for Georg Jensen. The brooch is of oval shape depicting a kneeling deer. The clean lines and elegant curvilinear shapes and nature-inspired motif exemplify Jensen's unique Mid-Century Modernist style.

This wonderful piece by a beloved silversmith would make a lovely addition to any vintage jewelry collection! The brooch is 1.75 inches (4.5 cm) wide and is 1.25 inches tall.
