Mothers Day Georg Jensen Sterling Modernist Heart Necklace Rare Double Gj Chain

This abstract heart pendant from Georg Jensen Denmark radiates light with its simple rolling line that suggests the continual movement of water. The necklace is unique: on a double chain of silver and oxidized (darker) silver, with a Georg Jensen-hallmarked oval link and sterling lobster claw clasp. At once organic and very modern in its simplicity, the necklace was designed by longtime Georg Jensen collaborator Regitze Overgaard. A pioneer in organic design, with forms inspired by nature, Regitze Overgaard has designed some of Georg Jensens most successful jewelry lines: Magic, Infinity, Zephyr and Curve are all her designs.
