Niels Erik From 925S Chrysoprase Pin 1-1/4 Denmark Round Brooch Solid Sterling Silver Vintage Danish Modernist N. Details: Excellent condition classic large 1.25 round brooch features a large emerald green chrysoprase cabochon surrounded by a ring of 17 sterling balls set on a dark oxidized backplate. Reverse is a convex piece of shiny hand hammered sterling silver. The fabulous 30 carat 20mm round cabochon gemstone tests as genuine chrysoprase with our Presidium gem tester & is securely set in a smooth bezel. This beautiful rich green gem & sterling silver brooch has no dents, cracks, or chips. The rotating locking clasp works properly. Circa 1960s - 70s expertly crafted by renowned Danish artisan Niels Erik From in his Modernist phase. Brooch reverse is clearly marked "STERLING DENMARK NE FROM 925S". Comes in a nice paperboard gift box with a square of protective jewelry padding. The brooch is enclosed in a plastic bag with a black tarnish prevention strip.
