A SUPERB STERLING SILVER ENAMEL MIDNIGHT SUN SCENIC PENDANT FROM NORWAY WITH AN IMAGE OF A REINDEER OR MOOSE IN FRONT OF FJORD AND MOUNTAINS - THIS PIECE DISTINGUISHED BY ITS ART NOUVEAU DESIGN WITH THE LEAVES ABOVE - VERY BEAUTIFUL - DATING TO C1910. The midnight sun motif pendant in enamel over sterling silver which has a gold wash - with a guilloche engine turned design below the enamel. The moose or Reindeer is on the shore of a fjord in front of a mountain. The piece with Art Nouveau design and dating to c1910. The pendant is signed with a maker's mark and 925S.
The enamel is in excellent condition. The size of this pendant is 1 inch, 23mm not including the bales. A wonderful piece of Scandinavian, Norwegian design.
