This is an older (do not know exact age) Georg Jensen pendant signed in very tiny letters on top center edges: " DENMARK " and. " 188 " on one side and overlapping " GJ " and.
" 925 S " on other side of bale part. It has his famous acorn motif which was the inspiration for the 1988 annual pendant of the year (does not have the later 1988 and stamps of the newer annual pendants). It is very naturalistic in style, somewhat Art Nouveau. It is in excellent condition : no dents, pitting, deep scratches; just usual light surface wear commensurate with age. Dark and light areas are just shadows and reflections. Have included the chain which is NOT original, and NOT MARKED sterling or Jensen that I found with the pendant. Also, have the 1990, rare 1992 and 2008 Jensen pendants of the year listed!
