Vintage Oystein Balle Modern Abstract Bracelet Brooch Set Sterling Silver Norway. Excellent condition with no damage to the enamel or any of the fasteners. Some light scratches and tarnishing from prior use. Beautiful set of a six-panel bracelet and pin on brooch in beautiful Scandinavian blues, reds, greens and yellow enamel on 925 Sterling Silver.

Bracelet measures 7 1/2" L x 1"W. Brooch measures: 1.75"L x 1.4"W.

Note the size of the bracelet, and the number of panels as this has 6 panels. Designed and produced by Oystein Balle who is well known for his creative enamel jewelry.

All pieces are marked Balle 925S Sterling Norway on the back. Øystein Balle started his workshop in 1953. He took over some of the production equipment from G. Hellstrom such as presses and cutters and that's why we see similar designs from the two artisans.

The workshop was closed down in 1978. These items were found in my mother's jewelry box and the very stylish woman will be 101 in August.
